What we cannot do

We cannot give personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice, recover lost funds, access any exchange account or contact a platform on your behalf. If you think you have been scammed, contact your bank immediately, call the ScamShield Helpline on 1799 and make a police report through the Singapore Police Force e-services. Be very careful with anyone who offers to “recover” crypto for a fee: that is a common follow-up scam.

Problems with a platform

For account issues, contact the platform’s official support channel from inside its app or website. If the company is licensed by MAS and you cannot resolve a complaint with it, you can raise the matter with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Never trust support numbers or “agents” who reach out to you first on social media or messaging apps.
